We want every guest, including guests with disabilities, to be able to use this site, see what weeks are open, and book a stay. Here is where things stand and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, on this site, that means:

• Every photo has a written description for screen readers.
• Pages use real headings and structure, so assistive technology can navigate them.
• Everything can be reached and operated from a keyboard, including the availability calendar, and there is a skip link to jump straight to the content.
• Text keeps strong contrast against its background.
• The background video on the home page is decorative and silent, carries no information, and stays still for visitors who have asked their device for reduced motion.

If something isn't working for you

Tell us and we will fix it. Email [email protected] and a member of the family will respond. Everything this site does can also be done by email, including checking availability and booking a week, so no one is ever locked out of a stay by the website.

About the house itself

This statement covers the website. The house is a classic two-story shore home, and Unit 2 is reached by stairs. If you have questions about whether the house will work for someone in your group, ask us directly and we will answer honestly.
