Beau Rivage is a family-owned beach house. This site is run by the property's owners, not a rental company, and we collect as little about you as possible. This page explains, in plain language, what little there is.
Nothing personal. There are no accounts to create, no forms on this site, and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, provides security for the site and gives us simple, anonymous visit counts. Those counts don't identify you, and we never see who visited, only how many.
The "Request this week" buttons take you to a booking request form hosted by Google. That form asks for your name, contact information, and the week you'd like. Your answers are stored in our private Google account, where only the owners can see them, and we use them for exactly one purpose: responding to you and managing your booking, including the rental agreement and the details of your stay.
If you write to us at [email protected], we keep the correspondence the way anyone keeps mail about their bookings, so we have an accurate record of what was agreed.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for marketing. The only parties that touch it are the services that make the site and bookings work, Google and Cloudflare, and we would disclose information beyond that only if the law required it.
Rent and deposits are paid by check. This website never asks for, sees, or stores card numbers or bank details.
This site is meant for adults booking a family vacation. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Email us any time at [email protected] and we will tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep a record of a completed rental.
