Our family's beloved home on the sea
Beau Rivage has been the Kellett family's shore house for generations, and every summer we share it, week by week, with families who love Sea Isle the way we do. Two comfortable units, a shared outdoor shower, Unit 1's back patio, and the 84th Street beach path right beside you. The house sits one house off the beach.
Unit 1: Downstairs
The first floor of the house has three bedrooms, two full baths, a sunny dining nook, and a family room with a big sectional. Sleeps eight across a twin bunk room, a room with a full bed, and a room with two twins plus a Murphy bed. Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Unit 2: Upstairs
The whole second floor, topped off with the thing everyone remembers: a private awning covered deck looking straight out at the ocean. Two bedrooms, two full baths, a den with a full-size Murphy bed, a big island kitchen, and a walk in pebble shower.
The house & the beach
The back patio and picnic tables belong to Unit 1, and both units share the outdoor shower and storage for beach chairs, bikes, and boogie boards. Each unit gets one dedicated parking spot with room for a second car in tandem.
Open weeks & rates
Standard weeks run Saturday to Saturday; shorter stays follow the listed dates. Check in at 1:30 PM for both units. Both units check out at 10:00 AM. Tap Request this week and the form comes prefilled with your unit and dates. Requests aren't confirmed until we reply personally.
Weekly rate covers your whole stay. No service fees, no cleaning fee surprises. Your rental agreement confirms the security deposit amount, payment schedule, and return terms for your unit. Please review these terms before signing. Linens and towels are not provided. Bring your own.

Your rental agreement arrives by email. Review the terms and follow its signing and payment instructions to confirm your week.

We've been coming here our whole lives. The full guide, with dozens of spots, comes with your welcome packet, but here's a taste, all a short walk or bike ride away.
Good to know
- Linens & towels are not provided. Pack your own, including beach towels.
- Bed sizes for your sheets: Unit 1 has a twin bunk room, a full bed, two twins, and a Murphy bed. Unit 2 has a queen, two twins, and a full-size Murphy bed.
- Parking: one dedicated spot per unit, with tandem room for a second car behind it.
- Pets: Unit 1 welcomes dogs with prior approval (weight/breed restrictions apply). Unit 2 is pet-free unless approved in writing before booking. Approved pets are written into your agreement.
- No smoking and no candles anywhere on the premises. This rule is strictly enforced.
- Both units have full kitchens, washer/dryer, WiFi, and cable TV.
- Payments are by paper check. Unit 2 checks are payable to Beau Rivage SIC LLC. Pay the Unit 2 security deposit on a separate check from rent. For Unit 1, follow the payment instructions in your agreement.
