If you're searching for a Sea Isle City rental near 84th Street, here's what the block is actually like — from the family that's summered on it for generations.
84th Street sits in Townsends Inlet, the south end of Sea Isle City — the calmer, more residential stretch of the island. You're away from the busiest crowds around JFK Boulevard, but still an easy bike ride or short drive from the promenade, mini-golf, and the restaurants everyone comes back for. Down here the soundtrack is waves and porch conversations, not bar noise.
Our house, Beau Rivage, sits at 15 W. 84th Street — one house off the beach. The 84th Street beach path runs right beside the house, so the walk with chairs, coolers, and kids is measured in seconds, not blocks. From the upstairs deck you look straight out at the ocean, and you can hear the surf from the shared back patio.
Beau Rivage rents as two private units, Saturday to Saturday in season. Unit 1 is the whole first floor — 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps up to 8, and dogs are considered with prior approval. Unit 2 is the whole second floor — 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeps 4–6, with a private awning-covered deck that looks straight at the ocean. Both units share the back patio, picnic tables, outdoor showers, and beach-gear storage, and each comes with parking.
We don't list through big platforms with service fees. You book directly with our family — the rate you see is what you pay, and your host lives right across the street all summer.
Live availability for both units, with rates on every week.
