Before booking platforms existed, every Sea Isle house rented this way: a family, a handshake, and a check. We still do it that way — and it costs you meaningfully less.
Book the same beach week through a big platform and the sticker price isn't the price. Guest service fees typically add 6–15% on top of the rent, plus separately-listed cleaning fees, before taxes. On a $4,000 Sea Isle week that can mean $400–$600 of pure platform fees — money that goes to a website, not to the house, and not to your vacation.

At Beau Rivage, the rate posted on the availability page is the whole cost of your stay. The security deposit is a separate $1,000 check that is never cashed — handed back or torn up after a clean checkout.
Pick an open week, send the request form (it's pre-filled with your unit and dates), and a member of the family gets back to you personally. Your rental agreement arrives by email; half the rent plus the deposit check locks in your week. Before arrival you get the full welcome packet — parking, access, house notes, and our Sea Isle favorites. Old-school on purpose.
Two units, one house off the beach at 84th Street.
